<I love Lush and so do these people.
HERE ARE LUSH COSTUMER REVIEWS:
Yummy! I love this place. The products are so fun and unique. The gals that work there are so friendly and helpful and they want to go through the hand exfoliation process everytime and then run around playing with all the products. I just stocked up on my favorite items and spoiled myself. I am totally clean and exfoliated and moisturized now and I feel and smell great from head to toe (I did all this with a cocktail, that might be influencing my opinion a little... but only a TEENY bit). Great product and GREAT service!
I wandered into Lush on Friday after work, looking for a new bath bar. I am in love with the karma scent, and knew exactly what I wanted. When I got in and found what I was looking for, I wandered a bit looking at other soaps and bathbombs and moisturizers. The woman working there (I wish I looked for her name) was so friendly, in a really honest and natural way. Not in a pushy "I just want to sell you something" way. She showed me a new line of karma balms and then asked if I had their deep hand treatment before, as she stirred a pot of moisturizer. Sadly I was in a rush, so I said so, but once I found out that they do that everyday, I said I'd be back, with coworkers in tow.
It's not often that you find such friendly, down to earth people working at stores on Newbury Street, so I applaud lush for it!
Also, their karma bath bar is the best thing ever!
I'm barely a girl and I don't care about "natural" things much, but I adore Lush. My girlfriend dragged me into Lush despite my, "But those girls are going to be mean to me cuz I look like a boy!" protests. And I'm telling you, give yourself a break and check this place out. I'm hooked.
I love the salespeople at Lush. Normally, I can't stand when people bother me in the store. It makes me mad to think about most salespeople, the pushy bastards. But the girls at Lush aren't as bad as some of these other reviews make them seem. They're friendly, and do offer to rub stuff on you. But shoot, it's good stuff! And not to be a creep but who doesn't want some cute nice hip girl to give you a hand massage? And if you just tell them you don't want help, they'll leave you alone.
I'm a clean person, don't get me wrong, sometimes I shower twice a day (OCD), but I hate taking baths (porcelain+my butt=creepy). But with Lush's bath bombs I'll actually venture into the tub sometimes. The soaps are great but disappear in like a day because they don't have preservatives. I keep mine in a little Tupperware when not in use, so it doesn't disintegrate so quickly.
They're a little expensive, which makes for a really impressive gift or a special indulgence for yourself. It's worth it though, the products are amazing.
